When it comes to fundraising the sky’s the limit, so how about a parachute jump? Or raise some money along with your heartbeat by taking on a sponsored swim, cycle or trek?

12000
Ed and friends completed a momentous ‘walk’ around the coastline of Norfolk and raised nearly £12000 for the Trust, and together with his wife Clodagh climbing Kilimanjaro, they are now committed to the cause of promoting other fund raising projects in the future years to see the Trust expand and continue to help support people with diabetes in Norfolk.

Big Old Walk – April 2011 – 108 miles over 3 days

On the day of the royal wedding we started our first ever footsteps on this epic journey at the Lincolnshire Norfolk border with the intention walking around the whole of the Norfolk coastline. During the royal wedding we were aptly walking through the Sandringham Estate on our way through to Titchwell, via Hunstanton and Thornham. The following day saw a gruelling 38.6 miles completed through Burnham, Wells, Brancaster, Sheringham and Cromer to our destination of Trimingham. 8 of us set off on the final morning to reach our destination of Potters Resort at Hopton on the Suffolk border. A punishing walk for all of us, but in total we raised over £ 14,000 for Diabetes Norfolk.
